Special Instructions
1.Drew off 6 gal of wort. Final running SG was 1.013.
2.Boil for 60 min. Hop additions as prescribed. 1 tsp Irish Moss and 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient at 5 min remaining.
3.cool to <80F and transfer to Primary. pitched directly onto dry Philly Sour Yeast.
Coming back to this recipe for inspiration. Making a Hibiscus Sour and this Berlinerwiess with Philly Sour was AMAZING and one of my favorite and most memorable brews.
