Yeast out of fridge

ChemSan Sanitiser (10ml per 5 litres) (70ML - 35Lt) - Fermenter, tubes, air lock, therm, scissors.

Water to Mash kettle. 20Lt
4.
No Sparge Kettle
5.
Camden tablets - 2 (5 Tabs per 23Lt)
6.
AMS - 20ml (22ml per 25Lt)
7.
DWB - 10g (13g per 25Lt)

Set mash kettle to 63C
10.
Add mash bag.

Add mash
12.
Temperature to 55C - 10 mins
13.
Temperature to 63C - 35 mins
14.
Temperature to 72C - 30 mins
15.
Temperature to 75C - 5-10 mins Mash out. (80-85 mins total)

Turn off mash kettle

Drain wort into bucket

Discard mash
20.
(Recipe says no sparge but maybe mash twice, add 2 lots to bucket?)

Boil for 60 mins

Add hop spider

START OF BOIL - Hallertauer Mittelfruh 32g

10 MINS - Hallertauer Mittelfruh 6g
25.
Add cooling coil for last 10 mins of boil
26.
Turn off Kettle. Remove Hops
27.
Cool wort to yeast pitch. 18-22C

Pull Fermenter handle TIGHTLY closed! Unscrew bottom pot clockwise!

Hydrometer target - OG 1073

Store fermenter at 18C - 3 days

Store fermenter at 19C - 3 days

Store fermenter at 21C - 8 days

Chemipro. Warm Water (4g/1Lr) (140g - 35Lt) Bottles. Syphon Tube and tap.

Clean Mash tun to fermenter tube. Spare fermentation drub container. Black stoppers. Airlock.

ChemSan Sanitiser (30ML - 15Lt) (60ml per 30Lt) - Syphon Tube & tap, caps, bottle machine.
38.
Sugar - 15Lt beer/30 bottles - 85g sugar - 150ml water - 5ml per bottle
