Dough In- Mash Tempature Should Drop to 154F

Mash for 60 Minutes

Warlauf

Empty Mash Tun into Kettle

Batch Sparge 19 Quarts of water to 169F

Pre Boil gravity should be 1.032
9.
Bring to Boil

Add Bittering Hops

Start 60 Minute Boil.

At 45 Minutes Add Flavor Hops (15 minutes remaining)

Insert Wort Chiller (15 minutes remaining)
14.
Flame Out
15.
Add Aroma Hops
16.
Let Stand 15 Minutes
17.
When Tempature is bellow 75F put in fermenter
18.
Measure and Note O.G.
19.
Pitch yeast
20.
Ferment 3-4 weeks at 65-70F

Bottle Condition and Enjoy
