this is my altered recipe for northern Brewer and can be changed to use just any chocolate 1/2 pound total and any sugar, brown sugar is really good in this, if you want at a more roasted tasting beer, omit the cascade hops, i added that for longevity, after a month it needed something extra. it is rich so keep that in mind, its a house favorite so have fun with it its really good !! its not this dark, lighting was bad, it should be brown, near the color of chocolate
