Special Instructions

1.
boil 3/4 gal of water and add 1 oz hops for 30 min
2.
turn down heat and add lme and dme and whirfloc tablet
3.
add 2 gal of water to fermenter and then add wort
4.
when temp low enough pitch safale US-05 let ferment for 2 wks
5.
prepare priming solution of wtr and sugar. add hazelnut extract to fermenter prior to bottling
