Clean Pilsner to be used for a summer Radler with Lemonade. 9 gallons to keg at 7% plus 3 gallons of lemonade gets us 12 gallons of a 5% Lemon Radler.

Special Instructions

1.
Start with 11.5 gallons of water at 161 F
2.
Add 2 tsp. gypsum to mash for higher sulfur content to enhance bitterness
3.
Add last 1 oz of Hallertau at 170 F whirlpool
4.
At packaging, add Potassium Sorbate and Metabisulfate to each keg to kill yeast - Wait 24 hrs
5.
Add 1 to 1.5 gallons of lemonade to each 3 gallon batch - to taste.
