4.Dec 15/24 12pm: Into FC at 20C
5.Dec 16/24 6am: Laser beer at 20C, krausen formed and fermentation started. Down to 13C.
6.Dec 16/24 6am: Should have turned down to 13C before bed the night of the brew.
7.Dec 17/24 6am: Bubbling away at 14.5C
8.Dec 19/24 430pm: Laser beer at 14.6C. Krausen has dropped considerably. FC up to 18C to finish.
9.Dec 23/24 10am: Highest temperature hit was 21C. FC down to 10C to chill.
10.Jan 12/25: Bottling day! Added 4.90oz dextrose to 19L at 21C for 2.65 volumes.
