A good beer but that struggled in fermentation because of the Windsor yeast. It needed one spoonful of nutrients and 2 grams of US-05 to actually finish the fermentation.

Notes:

While the color is darker than I planned for, the taste is pretty spot on for an Irish ale. Right amount of maltiness and very light background hoppiness. Good head. A lot of bottles, when opened produced a lot of foam unfortunately, I am unsure why.
