Special Instructions

1.
Create a 2L yeast starter using rinsed yeast from 1st Lazy Hazy
2.
Mash in at 150 degrees for 90 minutes. Stir in for the first 10 minutes. Stir again 30 minutes
3.
Whirlpool hops for 5 minutes with a 10 minute hop stand once cooled below 170 degrees
4.
Add all dry hops about 3 days into fermenting
5.
Collect yeast after fermentation for use next time.
