Special Instructions
1.Put the zest in a pan and juice both grapefruits on top of it. Then boil the zest in the juice for 5 minutes. Cool the juice and the zest.
2.Either put the mixture into the primary fermentor after 1 week, or put it into the bottom of the secondary fermentor and rack your beer on top of it.
