Special Instructions

1.
Cold steep dark grains in 3L water at room temp for 24 hours.
2.
On brew day partial mash oats and remaining grains at 67C in 3.3L for 30 min. Sparge with 1.1L at 71C
3.
Make boil to 12L. Add light extract before boil and follow hop addition times.
4.
With 5 minutes left in the boil add amber LME, steep grain water, lactose, Irish moss and yeast nutrient
5.
At the end of the boil cool and aerate the wort. Pitch yeast according to instructions.
6.
Ferment at 17C
