This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: CaraCrystal Wheat Malt - US, 2-Row - US, White Wheat - US, Honey Malt - CA, Honey - US, Rice Hulls - US, Midnight Wheat - US, Rolled Oats - US, Crystal 120L - CA, Caramel Pils - BE, Hallertauer Mittelfrüh Hops, Saaz Hops, Imperial Yeast Stefon G01 Homebrew Yeast, Orange or Lemon peel, Coriander, Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg.

Heat 6.6 gallons of strike water to 161 degrees. Add grain for target mash temp of 152. Recirc mash for 90 minutes.
Sparge with 1 gallon of water heated to 175 degrees.
Bring to boil and follow hoping schedule.
At 15 minutes before flame out, add honey and whirlfloc.
At flame out, add all adjuncts and whirlpool.
