Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in a bag in 10L of water at 70c for 1 hour
2.
Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder at flame out
3.
Soak finishing hop bag for 10 minutes in 250ml boiling water
4.
Soak 100 grams of cacao nibs in 100ml of vodka for the duration of the fermentation add vodka solution 24 -48 hours prior to bottling / kegging
5.
Fine with geletain & cold crash prior to kegging
