Special Instructions

1.
Add 3 gallons water and the 2 Row to kettle at 150f
2.
mash and strain off 2 Row and rinse with 2 gallons water
3.
add DME and bring to boil with hops
4.
add elderberry, irish moss, cooling coil and final hops at 15 minutes
5.
double batch into Fermentors and cool to 100F MAX
6.
pitch yeast
