Special Instructions
1.29gal of strike water (1.397 qt/lb of grain) with 47.87g 85% phosphoric acid
2.Add 17.9g gypsum, 3.3g calcium chloride to strike water
3.Fill HLT to 22gal & add 28.64g 85% phosphoric acid
4.Mash in between 140F-145F & let sit for 45min
5.Heat to 156F & let sit for 20min
6.Heat to 168F then start sparge
7.10gal of water absorbed by grain (.5 qt/lb of grain loss)
8.Fly sparge with 22 gallons Heated to 175F
9.add Irish Moss & Yeast Nutrient with 10 min left in boil
