Special Instructions

1.
Whirlpool Mittelfruh for 15 minutes at 165 degrees.
2.
Try and strain as well as possible when adding to the fermenter, want beer as clear as possible.
3.
Ferment (and bottle condition) at cool temperature. Want to leave in primary fermenter for at least two weeks.
4.
When dry-hopping cut down muslin bag so as to soak up as little wort as possible.
