Gypsum to treat water preboil

Single infusion Mash for 60 mins at 150F

Wort pH should be between 5.5-5.6

60 mins: 1oz Willamette
5.
30 mins: 1 oz Fuggles
6.
15 mins: 1lb lactose
7.
5 Mins: Add 16oz dried coconut, 8oz coarsely ground coffee
8.
Flameout: Add 8oz hershey cocoa powder
9.
Cool to 160 then steep 2 vanilla beans for 30 mins at 160
10.
Transfer to sanitized fermenter and add yeast
