Used a hopped tea method by setting water at 1.000 sg and get IBUs in less time while doing the mash. Added hopped to fermenting vessel and boil collected wort for 30minutes only adding DME at last 5 minutes. Chill this and add to fermenting vessel Top up to 25.33 litres.

After 1 week bottling, tastes like tooheys new. Wasn't meant to be, but nice. Shld do better in another 2 weeks.
