Special Instructions

1.
Fazer descanso proteíco a 45°C por 10 min.
2.
Adicionar 10g de lúpulo Magnum aos 60 min.
3.
Adicionar o Whirfloc aos 15 min.
4.
Adicionar 10 g de lúpulo Magnum aos 10 min.
5.
Fermentação a 20°C por 7 dias.
6.
Maturação a 25°C por 3 dias, depois fazer cold crash a 0°C adicionar a gelatina e manter por 3 dias.
7.
Priming com 7g de açúcar por litro final de cerveja.
