Special Instructions

Steep grains at 160 degrees for 30 minutes

Add DME and bring to boil for 60 minutes

Brewer's Gold at 60 min
4.
Add fresh chopped ginger at 10 minutes

Saaz at 5 min with irish moss
6.
6 lbs frozen cranberries soaked in cranberry vodka for three days
7.
Strain off vodka, mash and add cranberries to secondary
8.
Rack beer onto cranberries for one week
