Brewed Saturday, 11/23/2019. Finished around 5pm
2.
Pitched at ~68-69 degrees
3.
Put in crawl space at ~62 degrees. Wort at ~64 degrees about 7 hours later. (Signs of fermentation present)
4.
Took out of crawl space next morning and allowed to free rise to ~70 throughout the day
5.
Next morning, 11/25/19, at about 72 degrees
6.
Measured OG of 1.075, but low on volume. Added water, got to 1.057 (adjusted to 61% efficiency)
