1.5lbs roasted pumkin add to mash. Cut pie pumkins in half, roast for 45min at 350. Remove skin, mash and coat with 1/4 cup honey. Roast for another 45 minutes at 375. Let cool to 155 and add to mash tun.

Make a cheescloth sachet containing 1/2tblsp fresh ground ginger, two cinimon stick, 1/2tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2tsp whole cloves. Add with 5 minutes left of boil. remove sachet before cooling wort.
