Special Instructions

1.
Mix spices and sugar (all ingredients under the pumpkin listed above) into pumpkin and roast for 1.5 hours at 350. Note, I used fresh ginger.
2.
Mash for 20min @ 148 then turn temp up to 152 and mix in roasted pumpkin. I mix some of the mash liquid into the pumpkin with half the rice hulls before mixing into mash.
