Notes:

Chilled first bottles today, first appearence was a nice golden color, not clear, and had a little protein haze. The nose was all Centennial hops nice citrusey, lemoney smell. The carbonation and lacing was perfect. The taste has a little carmel malty flavor that leads into a little hoppy but fruity taste to the palate in the middle, and a little bitter in the end, A medium feel and overall, a very well rounded brew.
