2.Lactose added at 10 minutes left in boil - Removed pot from burner to stir in.
3.Flame out hops added at 160 degrees for 30 minute whirlpool
4.Started fermentation at 68 degrees. Dropped to 66 on day two.
5.First round of dry hops added on day 4 of fermentation. 1oz Mosaic / 1oz Galaxy
