Notes:
Thawed a 1 gal bag of tart cherries from MI (over a year old), pureed, heated to boil, and added to fermenter 8/29/20. Transferred to keg 8/30. Still carbonating, but it's ruby-colored, hazy, brett funk on the nose, highly tart up front, and then huge cherry flavors to the end with some funk mixed throughout.

Notes:
Brewed 9/1/19 as a split batch with a NEIPA, OG 1.067 / BRIX 16.4. Initial plan was to ferment on paw-paw, but I burnt it to a point where it was unusable. Guessing yield was ~4 gal based on fermenter level.
