Special Instructions

1.
1 qt 180 degree water for every lb of grain into mash ton, stir until 170 degrees. Add crushed grain dough until covered with water.
2.
10 mins mash check temp 149-156, mash for 1hr. Check conversion, sparge.
3.
Boil - Add Willamette and East Kent Goldings (60), Saaz for last 5 mins.
