3.Boil for one hour, add hops and Irish Moss or Whirlfloc with 5 minutes left in boil.
4.From start to finish beer was bottled in 5 weeks from keg and never saw temperatures above 60F except for a couple days prior to cold stabalizing. I like to carbonate around 34F.
