Special Instructions

1.
Add 8oz lactose with a few minute remaining in the boil

Candy the peels of 4 oranges during mash and add candy to primary
3.
Ferment 68-70F for 7 days
4.
Cold crash the last 2 days of fermentation
5.
Add vanilla extract powder along with priming sugar or if kegging when beer is transferred to keg
