Brought 2.75 gallons water to boil.

Added solids and syrup at 60 minutes
3.
Added 1 oz Saaz Hops at 48 minutes

Added dextrose at 20 minutes.

Added Irish Moss (0.066 oz) at 15 minutes.
6.
At flame-out, chilled with wort chiller till 60F.
7.
Added water to wort to bring to 5.25 gallons.
8.
Aerated for 10 minutes then pitched yeast.
