2.Ferment for three days @ 52 F
3.After half of malt digestion, increase temperature to 72F
At keg, clear. Sightly ??/acetyl. Maybe switched to a high temperature to early. Next time, wait four days after brew to increase temperature. Also, not much hops. This might be due to drinking an IPA. Definitely not what I was going for!
