Special Instructions

1.
Caramelize 2 gallons of first runnings in a separate boil pot.
2.
Collect 7 gallons in main boil pot.
3.
Add caramelized wort back into main pot.
4.
Boil down to 6.5 gallons, then start hop additions.
5.
Chill to 70 degrees, 5.5 gal. into fermenter. Oxygenate.
6.
Pitch 2 packages of yeast
