Tasting Notes (1)

Lustubu

Tasted on 4/22/2019 by Lustubu

Notes:

After two weeks: rather fresh, the alcohol is there, but not too much. About 50 IBU is probably a good estimate. Good but not well defined yet. Fruity notes are light. Was hoping for more.

Comments

  • Lustubu

Original Gravity was 1,070, fail was 1,012, which give about 7,6% ABV. Why some much difference? The recipe does not take the sugar in Maple sap in account, but it is rather low. Is it possible that we kept the mash at a temperature a bit too low?
