A light-colored Norwegian ale of moderate strength with mild hop character and tropical yeast flavors. I made the original with Magnum hops, but this time I'm going with Target. This may make it a little less bitter, but it's not a bitter style to begin with. It might also get a bit more flavor from the hops.
