Notes:
Color is a deep honey amber with good carbonation and a thin tight head. Aroma is hop spice with a hint of orange. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouthfeel. Flavor is light with a sweet bready malt note and just a touch of orange, backed by a mild bitterness and hops spice. Aftertaste is clean with earthy hops, banana and faint orange showing on the end. Overall it's a nice brew but the orange is very faint and I was expecting more of a Belgian Ale note. Next time make a tunic out of the orange zest and coriander, then put it in the secondary. Also take out the Biscuit and CaraVienne and replace it with 1/2 lb. of Special B and up the Aromatic to a 1/2 lb..
