Notes:
Its been in the bottle for about 10 days, still have a very slight banana and then a fruity finish, should have used WLP300 instead of WLP320 for more of a clove-banana foward Hefeweizen, but trust me, still a great beer none the less.

Notes:
Nice head and beautiful lacing, silght melon scent from the hops. The taste is minimal in malt with a slight fruity, bublegum after taste, and very little banana. There is a slight bitterness that doesn't last long at all...very good sessionable beer...I like it!!!
