Feb 2/19 945am: Mashed in with 16L water, 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4, 3ml phosphoric. Target of 5.44pH for mash.
2.
Hit 64.7C mash temp. 2.92 L/Kg ratio

18L Sparge water with 1.5ml acid added
4.
Added ~2.8g each CaCl2 and CaSO4 so 1.045 pre boil wort.
5.
Small boilover pre timer. 1/2 tsp nutrient.
6.
Feb 2/19 2pm: Into FC set to 25C
7.
Feb 4/19 6am: FC temp up to 26C to finish out.
8.
Feb 17/19 7pm: FC at 26C, Added 2oz Nelson Sauvin and 1oz Ekuanot dry hops.
9.
Feb 21/19 630am: Took out of FC onto cold basement floor
10.
Feb 24/19 Bottling Day! 1.005. Added 6.07oz to 5.4 gallons (79F) for 2.8 volumes
11.
Added 1g of sea salt and some K1-V1116 yeast
