Special Instructions

1.
boil 1/2 gallon of apple juice. Remove from heat and stir in sugars until they dissolve.
2.
Pour all juice and cooled sugar juice into fermenter.
3.
Rehydrate Cider or wine yeast, pitch with nutrient.
4.
Transfer to secondary after a week or so. Add vanilla, then spices in a mesh bag. Rest a week or so.
5.
Add 6.5 oz of honey to priming bucket, add cider, mix to dissolve, and bottle as normal.
