Notes:

This was a very good batch. Not too bitter, not too sweet. Maybe a tad too much bourbon flavor. Reduce bourbon slightly next time. Aged very well.

Notes:

This batch came out very good. Possibly a little strong on the bourbon flavor for my tastes but others like it. It also aged very well and was as tasty as ever even after a year in the keg. Not very much head on this batch which made it easy to put in growlers from the tap.
