Notes:
Brewed 11/9/18. OG 1.076, BRIX 18.4. Unknown output volume. Added 2 packs of Bootleg MTF Funklandia 2018 mixed culture. Added ~5 gal to top up FEW barrel solera. Remaining ~4 gal transferred to glass carboy and added dregs from Side Project, Funk Factory, White Rooster, and Scratch.
