Notes:

The ale has really come to life, hoppy but not bitter, well balanced, my efficiency was a bit better @ 6.3 abv. and still a winner....brew again.....also it took 2 weeks to fully carbonate.

Notes:

The Marris Otter and 2-row malt really compliment each other...malty, hoppy and not to bitter. Should let it condition in bottle 2 weeks or more...well balanced brew. will brew again.
