This is an extract kit from Northern Brewer. It got its name because when I put this into the primary I used an airlock. The next day when I went to see how it was doing the airlock was on the floor and there was a stain on the ceiling where the airlock and bung hit. I highly recommend a blowoff tube if you make this.
