Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash @ 149F for 75 min
2.
Sparge @ 168 (SLOW RUN OFF) (Collect 6.5 gallons of wort)
3.
Boil for 60 minutes
4.
Add Irish moss at 10 min
5.
At Flameout - add whirlpool hops
6.
Let stand for 30 minutes
7.
Chill Wort to 70F and transfer to Fermentor
8.
Place Fermentor in Fridge and chill to 45-50F
9.
Pitch a double batch of lager yeast , and ferment @ 45-50F for 1 week or when 1/2 way to desired FG
10.
Allow temp to rise to 64F - Allow to sit for 3-7 Days after fermentation
