1.Both Gypsum and Lactic Acid are added to water filtered through carbon filter
2.Mash thickness 1.33 qt/lb
3.Vorlauf until clear
4.Collect 7 gallons for boil
5.Dry hop day 7 and then let sit for 1 more week
6.Ferment warm and after 2 weeks crash cool for 1 more week
7.Once bottled if let sit for 2 months should clear
