Special Instructions

1.
Brought 11 gallons of spring water up to 175F
2.
Poured 8 gallons into mash tun, and added grains
3.
Mashed at 152F for appx. 60 minutes
4.
Batch sparged and drained to brew pot.
5.
Boiled, and added hop additions (60,30,10m).
6.
Cooled, and poured on to large yeast (Wyeast 1332) cake from double IPA.
7.
Manually aerated using brew paddle stirring back and forth for 5 minutes.
