Lowest ABV ever. 1.5 ABV target. 5 malts, most ever. Typical water profile and hopping schedule. Basically trying to get max flavor from all aspects (malt, hops, yeast). Higher expected efficiency because thinner mash, changed water addition amount for mash due to fewer grains. Strike temp 165, mash temp 160. More boil off than usual. Nailed gravity, pH slightly low. First dry hop was very much during active phase fermentation. Also the K was prominent but didn't blow off even with it being very full. Sample on 6/11 at 9p was 2.8 Brix, tasted clean and interesting. Still going. Second dry hop, still airlock activity. 2.8 Brix. Super low attenuation, this is basically a 1% beer. This is it. Super light at kegging, but good nose, interesting notes...
