Add Blueberries To Primary and ferment @ 65-70 degrees F for 14 days

Add Lemon zest to secondary for 7 days @ 65-70 degrees F

Bottle and sit for 14 days

Notes:

Tasted after primary fermentation. It did lack some blueberry flavor. Next batch, we should up the blueberries to 5-6 12 oz packages. It just went into secondary fermentation with lemon zest. I'm expecting a more distinctive lemon flavor in this batch
