Special Instructions
1.I make this in a 60 litres kettle and a 11 litres kettle.
2.I add about 21 litres boiled and cooled water to 3 fermentation buckets with about 18 litres wort each. Total 3 x 25 litres.
3.Add 2 grams og CaSO4 and 1 gram of CaCl2 each 10 litres in mash, sparging water and dissulation water.
4.Mash at 68-70 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes, sweetens the taste (higher FG)
5.Ferment at 16-17 degrees for 10 days.
6.Put all the "Other stuff" in a kettle of 1.2 litre and boil for 2 min.
7.Add the "Other stuff" after 10 days of fermentation
8.Set the temperature up one degree each day for 5 days.
