    How much apricot?

    Im going to add a 46 ounce can of puree to the secondary. If that doesn't taste good I might try to add some extract at kegging.

    I used the 49 oz. can and a 7 oz. shot of Amoretti puree. Bottled last weekend. I don't like the taste of extracts, so I'm looking to see what other guys do. Cheers!
