Special Instructions

1.
Cocao nibs - roast (275 for 10-12 min), crush , add to secondary for 2 weeks
2.
Kona coffee - cold brew and add right before bottling
3.
Maple - add at same time as coffee

Our actual efficiency was low for the first batch we brewed, so I set it at 55%, we ended up a little over 7%
